Florida out of Cone of Concern

With the 4PM EST advisory we will no longer be in the cone of concern. With the relocation of Gamma earlier today, the slower motion and the cold front progressing as planned it appears that Gamma will not directly impact south Florida. We will see some rain and wind on Monday, but not to the extent that was originally thought yesterday.

Late this afternoon there will be a special upper-air recon mission that will be fed into the models this evening, with that data we should have a very good forecast. At this time this is good confidence with the current thinking.
