Tropics, Something to Watch

Upper level winds have been unfavorable for any tropical developement
for a few weeks now. This seems to be changing, somewhat.

There is an upper low and a trough I am currently watching in the
Atlantic. Over the past few hours it has become better organized but is
moving into an area of moderate shear.

This system is on track to bring some wet weather to south Florida this
Wednesday and/or Thursday.
