Tropical Disturbance

Yes, it is January and we have a disturbance over Cuba. Shear is too
strong in the mid and upper levels to allow anything to form.

It will be cooler in the morning and a front comes through over night.
Nothing to strong but it will give us a break from the 80s we have had
around since the weekend.
