Zeta up to 60mph

Zeta's winds are now at 60 and looks like it could be a bit higher.
Tonight the GFDL is forecasting Zeta to be a hurricane in about a day.
That is the only model to suggest this, but it was the only one to
forecst strengthening in the past two days. Like Vince and Epsilon
there is limited skill in forecasting these sub-tropical latitude
systems.
