TD7 Stengthens, Florence Does Not

TD7 is looking better today and recon just reported 1006mb pressure and
max winds at flight level of about 35mph. There is a good chance it
will be upgraded at 5pm.

Another tropical wave just rolled off of Africa and conditions look
pretty good for developemnt over the next 2 days. Though the way this
season has been behaving I would not bet on it. It seems that when
conditions are good for development storms idle in intensity or weaken
(ie. Ernesto and Florence). I wil continue to monitor so please check
back.

BTW, TD7 still poses no threat to the US since most models are in
agreement that it will turn back out to sea.
